Will a usage payment settle? (paywall)

Usage pricing only. Before doing the work, pass the agent's PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header with the seller's wallet and the maximum price: the API checks that the upto payment will settle for up to that maximum - signature, balance, allowance - and moves nothing. Do the work after valid: true, then redeem with amount. Payments of other schemes answer valid: false with unsupported_scheme: they are redeemed at once, before anything is served.
