Save video playback metrics for future video health recording

Deprecated in favor of the CMCD collector at /metrics/cmcd, which accepts standard CMCD v2 (CTA-5004-A) reports. This endpoint remains functional for existing clients.

Errors since the previous report, not a running total. Reports accumulate, so a client sending a cumulative count inflates the recorded figure.

How long the player's most recent segment took to download, in seconds.

Quality variant switches since the previous report, not a running total.
