Update a project

Renames a project. A project cannot be moved between workspaces through this API, and cannot be given an owner; interview_method is set at creation and is not writable here. Refused for a project holding research delivered to this organization, whose name follows its source, for a demo project, while the organization is suspended, and on a plan that does not include authoring studies.

Requires the projects:write scope, on a user-delegated token or a partner credential.
