Archive a project

Archives the project. It stops appearing on this API and moves to the Archived tab in the Outset app, where a researcher can restore it — the only way to reverse an archive made here, because this API has no un-archive. Its studies and interviews are retained for billing and compliance; this is not a delete. Refused for a project holding research delivered to this organization or acting as a syndication tracker, for a demo project, while the organization is suspended, and on a plan that does not include authoring studies.

Requires the projects:write scope, on a user-delegated token or a partner credential.
