Paddle Subscription Payment Status

SLS 선불 기간권 결제가 구독 DB에 기록됐는지 확인 (checkout 성공 화면 폴링용).

260808 — 구독형 결제는 licenses 스토어를 건드리지 않으므로 /api/paddle/license-count 폴링으로는 절대 감지되지 않아 checkout이 항상 "발급 지연" 오탐을 냈다. paddle-checkout.html이 SLS term 모드(sls_checkout)일 때는 이 API(구독 DB의 subscription_payments 조회)로 폴링한다.
