구독 기간 말 취소 요청.

Paddle POST /subscriptions/{id}/cancel (effective_from=next_billing_period). 소유권 검증: 현재 사용자 이메일에 속한 구독만 취소 허용. DB 반영은 기존 웹훅(subscription.updated/canceled)이 자동 동기화.
