The approval flow's id or slug. A number is an id, anything else a slug.

The template's id.

stagestring

Starting stage; the flow's entry stage when omitted. A number is an id, anything else a slug.

commentstring

Optional note. Up to 5000 characters.

reviewedVersionstring

Required when the destination is an approved stage: the item.template.currentVersion you looked at. Refused with stale_review if the design changed since.
