The approval item's id (one template in one approval flow).

Destination stage. A number is an id, anything else a slug.

revisioninteger required

The item's revision you last saw; refused with state_conflict if it changed.

commentstring

Required when the destination stage asks for one. Up to 5000 characters.

afterinteger

Place after this item in the column; null for the top. Can be null.

reviewedVersionstring

Required when the destination is an approved stage: the item.template.currentVersion you looked at. Refused with stale_review if the design changed since.
