Api Whale Flips

List recent whale flips (sign reversal, $200K+ swing, smart non-farmer whales).

Served from the precomputed whale_flips_cache (rebuilt hourly via build_whale_flips_cache.sql); NEVER computed live — the live aggregate scans ~38M rows of wallet_market_position and took ~125s, exceeding the 60s gateway timeout (the 504 that churned a paying dev). comparison_date is the actual snapshot used; when CURRENT_DATE - days has no snapshot it is clamped backward to the nearest available date strictly before today.
