Wallet Ping

Register a browser session as actively viewing this wallet page.

Stores a Redis key presence:wallet:{wallet}:{session_id} with 90s TTL. Session id comes from the X-OrcaLayer-Session header (browser cookie, random UUID); falls back to client IP for non-cooperating clients. Lightweight — single SETEX, no DB hop.
