Google push webhook
Receives Gmail Pub/Sub pushes plus Google Calendar and Drive channel notifications. Production Gmail pushes require a Google-signed OIDC bearer token with the configured audience and service-account email. Calendar and Drive use X-Goog-Channel-Token plus an exact active watch binding. The query token is retained only for local Pub/Sub mocks. Events for unresolved accounts are acknowledged with 200 and dropped.
