Balance, burn, licenses, and renewal date for the Usage & Billing screen.

Exempt orgs (billing_active = false) get {"billingActive": false} and nothing money-related — the screen renders its usage-only variant from /usage alone.

Any internal member may call this, but only admins and superadmins get the full financial payload (balance, burn, invoices-adjacent fields). A plain user gets billingActive, daysLeft (the chat low-balance notice), plus everything the license-consent dialogs render when a non-admin action would need a new line: licenses, prices, card, collection, currency, term, renewalDate, termStart, termEnd. No balance, burn, suggestedPackUsd, topup*, or invoices.
