Set the organization default model

Sets the model new desktop chats start with for every member whose teams do not override it; null removes the organization default. Only models the organization has are accepted. Desktops pick it up the next time they refresh their organization's settings. Requires the Manage OpenWork Models permission, a recent sign-in and the Organization default model feature.
