Upload one multipart workspace file directly to Google Drive

Authenticated host transport for openwork-cloud-uploads. Uploads one non-empty file up to 4 MiB. Optional multipart connectionId selects a native Google Workspace connection (google-workspace or emc_...); unavailable selections never fall back to the default. The route immediately forwards the file to Google and does not persist it or expose its bytes to the model. Larger files use drive-upload-sessions when enabled.
