Creates a Stripe Enterprise subscription on a custom per-user price of the Enterprise product, billed by invoice, never below the committed minimum users. Cancels a Team plan subscription with a prorated credit. Body: { priceId, minimumUsers, billingEmail, daysUntilDue? }.
