Link a wallet to the authenticated account

Verify control of a wallet using a SIWX signature and link it to the authenticated account. First call get_wallet_link_nonce and build the SIWX message with the returned nonce and statement verbatim, then sign it with the wallet being linked. Messages signed over a sign-in nonce (/api/v2/auth/siwe/nonce) are deprecated for linking and will be rejected.
