Success

channel_destinationsstring[] nullable

Alert Destination names this team is talked to on — the room the record is posted to, as opposed to the people the ladder wakes.

None means never set and falls back to EscalationPolicy::destinations, so stored policies keep working; Some([]) means deliberately no channel. Precedence lives in config::meta::oncall::policy::team_channel.

On the team rather than the policy because a team's room is not a property of its ladder — you want it without editing a rung — and a whole-row super-cluster snapshot built from Team would otherwise have to carry a column it cannot see.
