Get Call Goal

Get the call goal for the current customer.

This endpoint is restricted to developer users only. Returns the custom call goal used for evaluating whether calls achieved their purpose.

When set, this goal is used in the LLM prompt when grading calls to determine if the goal was accomplished.

Example goals:

  • "Collect caller name and book a consultation"
  • "Take a message with caller name and callback number"
  • "Gather incident details and schedule an appointment"
