Get the active call check setting for the current customer.

This endpoint is restricted to developer users only. Returns whether active call checking is disabled for call screening.

When disabled, the system will not check if the screener is already on an active call before initiating a new screening call. This is a workaround for cases where calls are incorrectly showing as still in progress.
