Handle Call Status Callback

Twilio webhook: Handle call status updates for the main call.

This endpoint is called by Twilio when the call status changes (completed, busy, no-answer, failed, canceled).

This is primarily used to handle the case where a caller hangs up before the bot finishes initializing - in that case, the bot never sends the end-of-call PATCH request, leaving the call stuck in "in_progress".

No authentication (Twilio webhook).
