Send Info Request Sms

Send an SMS to collect additional information from the caller.

Triggers a two-step SMS flow: first a welcome/opt-in message, then a link after the caller replies with confirmation.

Vapi custom tool. Expects arguments:

• phone_number: caller's phone number (E.164 format)
• first_name: caller's first name (optional)
• last_name: caller's last name (optional)
