Lookup Client For Insurance Adjuster

Look up a client on behalf of a calling insurance adjuster.

Vapi custom tool. Expects arguments:

• first_name: the client's first name
• last_name: the client's last name
• date_of_birth: the client's date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD, optional)
• date_of_loss: the incident date (YYYY-MM-DD, optional)

Same matching pipeline as the medical-provider tool (at least one date required; date of loss primary when both given, DOB corroborating). On an exact match, returns the client's info sheet read entirely from the local mirror: demographics (address, phones, email), SSN last-4 (confirm-only — the full SSN is never stored or returned), and per-case facts of loss, injuries, and treating medical providers. Contacts not yet through fullInfo enrichment return ssn_on_file=null with synced fallbacks.
