Handle Sms Status Callback
Handle Twilio SMS status callback webhook.
This endpoint receives status updates from Twilio when an SMS message status changes (e.g., from 'queued' to 'sent' to 'delivered').
Twilio sends form-encoded POST data with the following fields:
- MessageSid: Twilio's unique message identifier
- MessageStatus: Current status (queued, sending, sent, delivered, undelivered, failed)
- To: Recipient phone number
- From: Sender phone number
- ErrorCode: Error code if message failed (optional)
- ErrorMessage: Error message if message failed (optional)
Returns: Empty 200 response to acknowledge receipt
