Planetary Station Tracker

Find all retrograde and direct station dates for the specified planets in a given date range. Stations are moments when a planet appears stationary before changing direction.

Query parameters

start_datestring

Start date (ISO 8601 or YYYY-MM-DD). Defaults to today.

end_datestring

End date. Defaults to 90 days after start.

planetsstring

Comma-separated planet names: mercury, venus, mars, jupiter, saturn, uranus, neptune, pluto (sun/moon accepted, never station). Defaults to the 7 classical planets; ask for outer planets explicitly.

formatstring

Output format: json (default) or llm.
