RFC-6962 Merkle inclusion proof

Cryptographic proof that the given decision_id is included in today's published Merkle root (Bestimmung 06, OpenTimestamps-Bitcoin-anchored). Returns the leaf hash, the proof path (~20 siblings for 972k leaves), and the root. Verifier reconstructs the root by walking the proof and compares to docs/integrity/<date>.root. Reference implementation in integrity.py.
