A publisher's RSL licence manifest

Which licences a publisher offers, in the RSL Standard format, and whether they reserve text-and-data-mining rights under EU CDSM Article 4(3). permits has one entry per licence key: human, archive (Full catalogue), enterprise (AI answers), enterprise_training (AI training) and display (Client display), each with permitted, payment_type and endpoint. Send Accept: application/ld+json for the JSON-LD version with a signed record of that reservation. Public.
