Preview creating a list from a CSV / Excel file

Same preview as the into-an-existing-list route, with no columns to match against, so every header becomes a new column whose type is inferred from the values. Writes nothing. multipart/form-data with file, exactly one of projectId / proposalId / scope=org, and an optional mapping JSON field. Also returns suggestedName, taken from the file name. Gated like creating a list: membership of the scope plus the content-write permission; JWT only (the workspace router denies PATs).
