Ingest Dedicated Gpu Pricing Data

Ingest GPU configuration data and update GpuInfoCollection with gpu_count. This endpoint processes GPU configuration data and creates/updates GPU entries with the appropriate gpu_count based on multiple configurations.

Note: The 'gpu_id' field in the request corresponds to 'gpu_name' in GpuInfoCollection.
