mode'COMBINED' | 'MERGED' | 'EXTENSION'

Controls delete behavior to match IDE editing modes. COMBINED (default) marks the view as ignored if it exists in the parent model, otherwise hard-deletes. MERGED marks the view as shallowIgnored (hidden only from the immediate parent). EXTENSION hard-deletes the view from the extension layer.
