Fiscal profile and VAT periods

The fiscal profile that drives the Fiscale tab: state is profile (incomplete: show the form), forfettario (no VAT) or full. Only with full come the liquidation periods (newest first) and default_period — the last completed period, the one the next F24 is about. regime_locked: an e-invoice company's regime belongs to its e-invoice settings and cannot change here. Needs prices.read too.
