One card of the Fiscale report

One Fiscale card for a liquidation period (period, from GET /v1/reports/fiscal; default the last completed one). kpis and iva carry the same liquidation (VATSummary); deadlines does not depend on the period. Hidden (visible: false) until the profile is complete, and for the forfettario. Needs prices.read too.
