Copy a Default Layer With Instant JSON
This will create a new PDF containing the latest annotations of the default/base layer, optionally import the uploaded Instant JSON, and persist the resulting PDF as a new document.
If the content type of the request is multipart/form-data, the document with its default layer will be copied, and uploaded instant.json file will be imported into the default layer.
If the content type is application/json, the request body is ignored and the document is copied as-is, without any modifications to the default layer.
