Topics Api

The topic axis: each Rechtsgebiet with how many decisions the corpus holds for it.

The same registry /themen renders, in the same order, each with the reader hub's URL so a caller can go from a topic to its page in one hop.

Deprecated key: themen carries the same list as topics and is kept only for callers written against the old name.
