Get Case By Query
One decision, addressed by QUERY parameter.
Same body as /v1/case/{doknr} — the path form cannot be built for a key that contains a slash without relying on the caller, every proxy in between and the framework agreeing on how a percent-encoded one survives, and they do not. A query parameter has no such ambiguity, so this is the form the site links to for those rows (web.case_api_path).
