Upgrade Legacy

Silently upgrade a still-valid legacy /api/auth dashboard token to a unified Notoq accounts session, WITHOUT a re-login. The frontend calls this once when it finds an old token in localStorage, then swaps in the returned tokens. The Discord identity in the legacy token is trusted because this API signed it. Idempotent: passing an already-accounts token simply re-issues a session for the same account.
