Link Discord

Start linking Discord to the currently signed-in Notoq account. The target account is carried in a short-lived signed state token. The desktop passes ?port=<p>&challenge=<S256> so the callback hands the (re-issued) session back over the loopback listener as a one-time code (redeemed at /desktop/redeem, like the desktop login); a browser SPA passes ?redirect=<its-url> so the callback returns to the site after linking.
