Days off or blocked hours

Blocks a whole day, several days or some hours on one day, for one van, walker or sitter or the whole business: no new bookings then. Bookings already in that time are never cancelled; they're listed, and the block needs confirm when there are any. Needs business:manage; the signed-in person must be an owner, manager or staff member of an approved NogPets business (bizId only if they run more than one).
