The business cancels one of its bookings

Cancels a pending or accepted booking (series: true for the rest of its repeats). A paid one goes to the refund list. The client is told as the app tells them. Without confirm: 409 CONFIRM_REQUIRED. Needs business:manage; the signed-in person must be an owner, manager or staff member of an approved NogPets business (bizId only if they run more than one).
