Tts Endpoint

Retrieves available voices for the text-to-speech (TTS) feature.

This endpoint fetches a list of TTS voices available in the application. .

Returns: dict: A JSON-compatible dictionary containing: - 'data': A dictionary with a 'voices' key, holding a list of available voices.

Raises: Exception: Raised if an error occurs while retrieving the voices, with appropriate logging for debugging.
