How to say one word, in the sentence it appears in. offset picks the occurrence when the word appears more than once; without text it is a plain dictionary lookup.

Every suggestion returned is already validated against the inventory, so it can go straight into a <phoneme:...> tag. Anything out of domain is reported in dropped rather than offered.
