Each route is graded Proven, Partial, Not found or Not applicable on 22 columns a reseller asks about: products in portfolio (Openreach FTTP, SoGEA and FTTC, Ethernet, own fibre footprint, voice and porting, mobile backup), commercial terms (published programme, minimum commitment, commission or margin model, contract lengths, white-label billing, clawback), ordering and operations (partner portal, API, lead times, SLA, cease and switching, partner support) and regulation (Ofcom and EECC obligations, stop-sell and switch-off guidance, security and data protection, named partner case study). Proven means an accepted source names the column; every source row carries the URL, exact wording, dates and what it does not prove. No prices or commission figures are recorded anywhere. Filter by route_type, provider (slug or Programme Index id), requirement group or code; detail "sources" adds the source rows; "since" (YYYY-MM-DD) returns the dated change log (stop-sell and switch-off dates, programme launches, terms versions) effective on or after that date.
