Read BT Wholesale's public broadband checker for a UK installation postcode and confirmed premises, and return what it states: full fibre (FTTP) availability and headline speed, cabinet fibre (FTTC / SoGEA) and range, SoADSL, and BT's own notes, with the source and checked date. Two steps: call with postcode only to get BT's address list, then call again with the exact address label to get the availability summary. Results are cached for seven days and the check is rate limited; when the public check is switched off the tool says so and points to the Netify reseller portal. Nothing is inferred when BT returns no result, and availability must be confirmed on order.
