Get Staff Assignments

Get rally-staff users and their checkpoint assignments, one page at a time.

When the Authentik management API is configured, members of the staff group are fetched live and mirrored locally on the fly, so an account shows up here as soon as it is added to the group in Authentik, with no prior login required. Otherwise falls back to users already mirrored locally (i.e. who have logged in at least once with the staff scope).

The candidate set is every user who currently holds the rally-staff role — an Authentik-group membership, not something scoped to any one rally event — so it only grows over a deployment's life. q (matches name or email, case-insensitive) finds one person directly instead of paging through everyone.
