Get Guide Assignments

Get rally-guide users and their team assignments, one page at a time.

A guide accompanies one team through the whole route (unlike staff, who are fixed to a post). Mirrors the staff-assignment flow: members of the Authentik guide group are fetched live and mirrored locally, so an account shows up as soon as it is added to the group, with no prior login required.
