Update Enterprise Search Repository

Update one appliance's search repository: pause/resume search, or cancel a pending removal.

queued_deletion_time=null resumes a soft delete; search_paused toggles pause. Returns 400 when the appliance has no activated repository, 404 when the repository no longer exists (including a resume whose removal window has already elapsed), 409 when the repository is queued for deletion (pause), and 503 when pausing an unreachable appliance.

Lifecycle of an activated appliance search repository.

Sum of reported per-volume file counts. Volumes without a NOC count are excluded; null when no volume has reported a count.

queued_deletion_timestring date-time nullable

Instant the repository is permanently deleted once its soft-delete window elapses. Portal-computed; null unless a removal is pending; the client derives the countdown from it so the value never goes stale.
