Enterprise Search

Delete Enterprise Search Repository

Queue an appliance's search repository for deletion.

This is a soft delete, which is why it answers with the repository rather than an empty body: repository status changes to removal_pending and queued_deletion_time gives when the configuration is permanently deleted, so the caller can show what is pending without a follow-up GET. Volume rows have no lifecycle status.

Gated by can_delete_enterprise_search_configuration — a stronger permission than the other repository writes. The data layer requests the per-volume NOC removals and records the activity log.

volume_countinteger

share_countinteger
file_countinteger nullable

Sum of reported per-volume file counts. Volumes without a NOC count are excluded; null when no volume has reported a count.

queued_deletion_timestring date-time nullable

Instant the repository is permanently deleted once its soft-delete window elapses. Portal-computed; null unless a removal is pending; the client derives the countdown from it so the value never goes stale.
