Make sure the address has a Nash user and a passwordless Auth0 user, then ask Auth0 for the code from the browser on the returned connection. Anonymous and rate-limited per network, address and business domain. A new address and a known one get the same answer. SIGNUP_EMAIL_INVALID and SIGNUP_EMAIL_DISPOSABLE (400) refuse the address before any budget is spent; SIGNUP_RATE_LIMITED (429) and SIGNUP_UNAVAILABLE (503) mean try again later.
