Get current operation prices

Returns the credit cost of each operation the API supports (e.g. generate_1k, generate_2k, kling_v3_5s). Use this to render approximate costs in your client before kicking off work — though the actual deduction at request time is what wins, since prices can change. The list reflects whatever the admin has currently configured.
