Get usage counts

Operation counts for today, the current calendar month, and lifetime. Counts every chargeable AI call the account has made. Pass days=30 (max 90) to also receive a per-day timeseries — gap-filled so the series is always exactly days entries long, ordered oldest first. Useful for rendering charts.
