Live run log stream (WebSocket upgrade)

Not a JSON operation: the connection upgrades to a WebSocket after the org-scope check. Clients authenticate by requesting the subprotocol pair ["bearer", <jwt>]; messages are text log lines. Documented here for completeness — the typed client does not call it.

  • Auth: HTTP bearer
